Who are we? Corpus Christi Home Care, Inc. opened its doors in June 1996 in Sinton, Texas as a privately  owned and operated for-profit corporation.  In November 2003, a 2nd office was opened in the Northwest part of Corpus Christi which is now the agency’s corporate office.  A second branch was established in February 2005 in Rockport, Texas.      CCHC is a company long committed to excellence.  The agency participated in two collaborations with the Texas Medical Foundation and received recognition both times for achieving statistical improvement in the agency's selected outcomes. Upon completion of the second collaborative, the agency received a bronze award for improvement in their acute care hospitalization outcome.     The agency was last surveyed by DADS in June of 2007 and received a perfect score with zero deficiences.
